  • Persoonlijke voorkeuren en partnerwensen

  • Relatiestatus en relatieverwachtingen

  • Informatie over levensstijl, interesses en waarden

  • Gegevens over geloofsovertuiging en levensbeschouwing (indien door jou verstrekt)

  • Gegevens over seksuele voorkeur en oriëntatie (indien door jou verstrekt)

  • Profielfoto’s die door jou worden geüpload

  • Intakeformulieren, vragenlijsten en gespreksverslagen

Deze gegevens zijn noodzakelijk om passende matches te kunnen voorstellen en een zorgvuldig matchmakingproces te waarborgen.

Bijzondere persoonsgegevens
In het kader van matchmaking kunnen wij bijzondere persoonsgegevens verwerken, zoals gegevens over seksuele geaardheid, geloofsovertuiging of gezondheid. Deze gegevens verwerken wij uitsluitend met jouw expliciete toestemming en alleen voor matchmakingdoeleinden.

Wij verwerken persoonsgegevens uitsluitend voor de volgende doeleinden:

  • Het uitvoeren van overeenkomsten (events & matchmaking)

Wij delen jouw persoonsgegevens alleen wanneer dit noodzakelijk is:

  • Met dienstverleners zoals ticketplatforms, betaalproviders, boekhouder en IT-partijen

  • Met de SpeedMatchApp, die fungeert als verwerker ten behoeve van onze matchmakingdiensten

  • Met andere deelnemers uitsluitend bij een wederzijdse match en met expliciete toestemming

  • Met overheidsinstanties indien wettelijk verplicht

Met alle verwerkers sluiten wij verwerkersovereenkomsten waarin passende beveiligings- en geheimhoudingsverplichtingen zijn vastgelegd.

Wij verkopen jouw gegevens nooit aan derden.

5. Bewaartermijnen

Wij bewaren persoonsgegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk:

  • Eventgegevens: tot 12 maanden na het evenement

  • Matchmaking en SpeedMatchApp gegevens: tot maximaal 12 maanden na beëindiging van het traject of het verwijderen van het profiel

  • Profielfoto’s: zolang het profiel actief is of tot intrekking van toestemming

  • Administratieve/fiscale gegevens: 7 jaar (wettelijk verplicht)

  • Marketingmateriaal (beeld): tot intrekking van toestemming

6. Beveiliging

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om persoonsgegevens te beveiligen tegen verlies, misbruik en onbevoegde toegang.

Onze website maakt gebruik van functionele en analytische cookies die geen inbreuk maken op jouw privacy. Tracking cookies worden alleen geplaatst na toestemming.

Je hebt het recht om:
